Process & Dispatch

Etch & Engrave aims to process and dispatch all items within 3-5 days and many items will be processed and dispatched same day. Due to the personalised nature of products and requests for custom designs occasionally if you request a bespoke order there may be times when this is not possible, in which case you will be contacted to discuss your order and estimated dispatch times provided. Significant bulk orders specifically wedding favours will require a longer lead time of 7-10 days.  

Family life is important to Etch & Engrave and the business is built on those principles. Once a year processing and dispatch will be delayed for 7 days to allow me to spend a week with my wife and daughter on holiday. Any orders placed during this time will be immediately processed on my return and a small delay to our usual turnaround times may be experienced as a result. The dates of this will be displayed on my home page.  

 Delivery

The majority of products will be delivered by Royal Mail, the most reliable and trusted by my customers. Only when the product size or weight exceeds that of a Royal Mail small parcel, 45cm x35cm x16cm and 2kg will a courier be used.

Standard delivery is Royal Mail 2nd class signed for and costs £3.50 and 1st class will only be used when specifically requested and costs £6.00.

Returns

Due to the personalised nature of my products Etch & Engrave is unable to offer returns after your order has been processed. Please also ensure you check any personalisation for spelling mistakes and mistypes as your item will be produced exactly as requested and Etch & Engrave will not be liable for these mistakes. Should you realise you have made a mistake please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order as there is a chance this can be rectified before your item is produced.  

If you have an urgent requirement, an upcoming celebration or occasion within a shorter time frame I will always do my best to meet this and please contact me to discuss how I can prioritise your order.
